Audition Policy/Tuition

Tuition Payment for 2024 is $300 or $500 in program advertisements.

Tuition includes participation in the show, cast t-shirt, cast party after last show, headshot, professional photos of the show and the experience of a lifetime.

Any candidate who is signing up to audition will be required to have tuition paid 2 weeks after registering. If your doing program ads those are due the first day of rehearsals with payments. Thank you.

  •  If you decide not to audition or be in the show for whatever reason, once tuition is paid and you are registered, you will forfeit ALL tuition.
  • If you audition and do not make the show you will be refunded $250 ($50 audition fee non refundable). If you are unable or prefer to not pay online please remit check to:             Broadway Upstate    132 Main Street   Hudson Falls   NY    12839



Our attendance policy for 2024 allows only two absences during the rehearsal period of a show. There are absolutely no absences allowed after we move into the theater. These 2 allotted absences are not to be taken unless absolutely necessary. We understand that children have other commitments but doing a production in a 6 week time frame demands perfect attendance.

Parent Responsibilities

We love to have parents involved in their child’s theater experience. There are many ways to get involved and help your child blossom in theater. We do kindly ask that all parents sign up to be on a committee. Committees are formed at the start of each show at the parent meeting. We have concession sales, basket raffles, backstage helpers, stage crew and more. We also ask that each family bring in items for our concession sales during the shows. We will specify items needed closer to show time.
